Paw Luxury reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on this Site. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You agree that Paw Luxury may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Paw Luxury's products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as Paw Luxury deems appropriate.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Terms with Respect to Orders. Stock Availability-Paw Luxury makes every effort to keep sufficient stock of the items listed on our site. However, adding items to your shopping bag does not guarantee availability and occasionally we sell out of certain products. Upon finalizing you're shopping & proceeding to checkout, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order & the availability of the product/s ordered. If an item that you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via an additional e-mail. We will inform you of the estimated arrival time of the shipment of the new stock. If an item that you ordered is sold out, we will notify you via e-mail as well.
Backordered Item-A backordered item is an item that is not in stock upon placement of your order. It means that we have contacted the designer for re-ordering and is just waiting for its arrival. We will advise you via e-mail once the item arrives or if the item will be no longer available. These items are shipped out immediately.
Custom Orders-If the item you added to your cart is a custom order it will be stated above the add to cart button or in the item description. Please read carefully so you know your item will take longer to deliver. All of our items are in-stock and ready to ship with the exception of beds such as the Bella Dogga Custom beds. These dog beds are handcrafted and custom made with your dog in mind. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for manufacturing and processing. These custom beds are shipped straight from the manufacturer. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped and provided with a tracking number. We appreciate your patience during the custom construction of your order!
** For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any dog beds. In addition, each bed is custom made to your specifications and unique to you and your pup.
Pricing. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. The price for goods ordered through this Site shall be as posted on this Site. We reserve the right to change prices or specifications from time to time. We also reserve the right to correct errors in prices or specifications at any time. We do not have any obligation to accept or fulfill any orders based on erroneous prices or specifications, and we reserve the right to revoke acceptance of any such orders.
Taxes and Shipping Charges. Unless otherwise stated on the Site, prices shown on the Site do not include sales or other taxes (required for shipping to Pennsylvania addresses) or shipping charges. Any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added to your order upon checkout. For all orders on the Paw Luxury site you will pay exact shipping based on weight plus a small handling fee ($1.00) which covers our high quality eco-friendly packing supplies. Please note that all delivery times provided on our Site are approximate. Also, when shipping overseas Paw Luxury is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. We also reserve the right to deny shipping to certain countries.
All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International. However, we have no control over how long your customs office holds onto your package. Tracking and Insurance are included in International shipments. All customs forms will be filled out accurately to reflect the total value of your products. We will always indicate when asked that the package is MERCHANDISE. Please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes by your country. If asked to do this, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
**Please note that our shipping policy may change from time to time, but is always in the best interest of both a parties ("You" & "Paw Luxury"). We always want to provide our customers with quality service down to the shipping options.
A restocking fee of 35% applies to packages that are rejected or refused by you the customer. If the postal carrier tries to deliver it multiple times and you are not there to receive the item and it is sent back we will contact you immediately to access the situation & will determine whether or not the restocking fee will be applied based on your circumstance. Because here at Paw Luxury we understand that life happens and we care about our customers and their family's well-being. The fee is assessed to cover the shipping charges we accrue when USPS returns your order to Paw Luxury.

Order Cancellations and Changes. At Paw Luxury, we strive to process all orders within 24 hours of their placement by a customer. Once your order has been processed and shipped you are unable to cancel your order. If you have any questions please contact us by phone toll free at 1(877) 4-PAWLUX. Be sure to include your name and order number on any voicemail you may leave. We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible and carefully proofread your order confirmation for any errors or typos when placing an order to avoid the need to cancel or change an order.
Returns (USA Only). We know that when you place an order with us you are eager to receive it to get your dogs tail wagging. We are just as excited for you & even more excited to get these goodies into the paws of your beloved dog. So, shop from home with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be happy with all the items you ordered, our 30-Day Guarantee gives you plenty of time to check out your items upon arrival. If and item needs returned, all we ask is that all items are returned in original, unused and resalable condition. This means the item must be returned to us in the exact original as you received it with tags & all. Please fill out and include in the box our return form so that we can quickly process your return. Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons we do not accept returns of treats, beds or perishable products, all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. On other items purchased we will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment once item is received and verified to be in new condition. The refund or replacement will be issued immediately.
*Note: Due to high return shipping costs we currently do not offer returns/exchanges for international shipments. Please make sure all measurements and information is correct before you place your order. Please look over the items you are purchasing to make sure it is truly what you want. We research our items to bring you the very best, so we do feel you will love all the items we offer. If an item is broken during international delivery we will send you out a replacement ASAP once we verify the items condition. Please email us to start the process.
In order to save paper and trees, instead of including a postage paid return label in each box we provide you with a handy tool on our website that allows you to quickly and easily print a free, postage-paid return label. And we ask you to print and fill our the "reason for return" form and include this in the box. When printing the free, postage-paid return label, please include insurance for the price of the goods, this will also make the package trackable for us.

Please Note:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
- Refunds will include product and tax amount only (shipping & handling fees are not refunded or credited). In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were flawed or damaged in transit, we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.
- We cannot accept COD returns.
- On beds and other toys, normal wear and tear or damage incurred by your pet's play is to be expected, and therefore not covered under our guarantee. We recommend supervised play for all our toys. We want to be sure that every pet toy or bed leaving our doors meets your needs and ours standards for quality merchandise. If you feel that a product you purchase has a considerable defect we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. If you need assistance in contacting the manufacture please email us for help.
**To insure item safe delivery of your item, please pack the item back up exactly as it was received. There should be at least 2 inches of crinkle-cut padding around all sides of the item and the item should be firmly nestled in the center of the packaging.
Until you receive a delivery confirmation that we have received the package, it is still your property. But rest assure, if your return is lost in shipping we will do all we can to help you track it.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Paw Luxury. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Paw Luxury also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Paw Luxury's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
